Harry Potter Moment of the Week #1

HPMOTW (2)

So I came across this meme on my blog travels the other day and thought it would be a nice way to give my lovely readers some Thursday content and also engage with my love of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. The meme is hosted by Uncorked Thoughts, so if you get the chance then go and check out her wonderful blog and take part in the Harry Potter Moment of the Week if you fancy!

The aim of this meme is to share with fellow bloggers a character, spell, chapter, object, quote etc. from the books/ films/ J. K. Rowling herself or anything Potter related! Each topic will be posted on this page for the week.

Topic of the Week: Favourite chapter title from the books?

Ok, this is hard one, there are so many chapters and so many books to choose from! I may have to choose a chapter title from each book…

The Philosopher’s Stone: The Boy Who Lived (where it all begins…)

The Chamber of Secrets: The Writing on the Wall

The Prisoner of Azkaban: Mooney, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs/Talons and Tea Leaves

The Goblet of Fire: Priori Incantatem

The Order of the Phoenix: Dumbledore’s Army/Beyond The Veil

The Half Blood Prince: A Very Frosty Christmas/Sectumsempra

The Deathly Hallows: The Battle of Hogwarts

I hope you all enjoyed this post, I’ve really enjoyed writing this and going back to all of the books and having a flick through. There will be another Harry Potter MOTW coming next Thursday so keep an eye out for that, but in the meantime, what are your favourite chapter titles from the series? Do they have a particular meaning or do you just like the name? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Thursday and Happy Blogging!

Jade 🙂
