Monthly Book Roundup for August

roundup_post_graphic_txt
Hello fellow bookworms! August has gone way too quickly for my liking, but I’m very pleased with what I have been able to read this month! To step up my game, I have had 3 books on the go for the majority of the month to try and catch up with my reading goal, especially with starting uni again in a few weeks!

What books have I read this month?

Hollow City by Ransom Riggs

93124

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling

32718466

Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy by Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, maureen Johnson and Robin Wasserman

What am I currently reading?

Library of Souls by Ransom Riggs

Average Rating: 4.7

Number of total pages read: 1,416

Books read toward 2017 Book Challenge goal: 33/55 books

Books I plan to read in September:

25162632

The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith

The BBC series has just started and the quicker I read this, the sooner I can catch up on the episodes I miss! I’ll probably then end up wanting to finish the book series, which includes…

25677591

The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith

25735012

Career of Evil by Robert Galbraith

28356624

Carry On by Rainbow Rowell

I cannot resist this book much longer!!

What do you think of the books I’ve read this month? What about the ones I plan on reading? Leave your comments below, and book recommendations are always welcome!

Happy September and Happy Blogging!

Jade 🙂
