Monthly Book Roundup for June/July

roundup_post_graphic_txt
Hello fellow bookworms! I realised I didn’t do my monthly roundup for June, so this is a combined June/July wrap up of all the books I managed to finish (which even after 2 months isn’t many)! I am really getting back into reading now, I’m not sure why it’s been so difficult for me to pick up a book these past few months but I am really hoping to catch up and somehow get back on schedule for my reading challenge (I’m still 8 books behind) but I think as long as I reach 35-40 books this year, I’ll be happy! Considering I finished 2017 writing my dissertation for too many hours a day, and kickstarted 2018 with my final major project which ran until May, I haven’t done too badly! Through the graduating and the job hunting and overtime and trying to somehow start my own freelancing business, I’m still trying to squeeze in as much reading as possible. Okay, enough excuses now, let’s get into the round up (and some new post graphics too)…

Yep, just figuring out what I want to do with my life really now I’ve graduated, it’s a lot harder than I anticipated, it feels like a mid life crisis (or early 20s crisis in my case!) I’m finding Alex and Eliza slightly slow at the moment, but I’m only 90 or so pages in so I’m sure the story will pick up soon! Thanks for commenting 🙂

I’m going through the same thing now, I feel so old even though I’m 24. Like am I not supposed to be living life freely… and why is everything so confusing!! … sorry.. I didn’t mean to let go like that! 😅 I hope you end up liking the book
