Hello fellow bookworms! Top Ten Tuesday is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl! Most of us are familiar with Top Ten Tuesday by now, but if your new to this, a topic is given every Tuesday and the blogger then produces a top ten list of books to fit the weekly subject. The topic this week is Top Ten Movies and/or TV Shows Worth the Binge. I’m not known for binge watching tv shows or movies, it isn’t something I do often. But when I do, I make sure I choose something which I know will have me hooked from start to finish, whether that’s one, five, or fifteen series/hours later. Today, I’ve made a list of 5 tv shows and 5 films/film series I have binge watched and would absolutely binge again…
Obviously, who can’t sit and watch re-runs of Friends, even after seeing the same episodes 20,000 times?
I’ve just finished rewatching this, I love Rory as a character is much, it’s so hard not to want to watch it over and over again!
I was very late to the Grey’s train, but I managed to catch up with 11 series worth in just over a month… that’s dedication! Want an emotional rollercoaster binge, here you go!
The Big Bang Theory
Drawing to close now, this is the perfect time to rewatch all the episodes back to back, just as a reminder if you needed one!
The Great British Bake Off
Who doesn’t want to spend hours on end watching people make cake and biscuits and pies?! I certainly do! with all series of Bake Off on Netflix (up until it’s move over to Channel 4), what are you waiting for?
If you’re not one for weekend Harry Potter marathons, what are you doing?
Guilty pleasure, I could literally watch it over and over again…
Beauty and the Beast
What is it with Disney producing such amazing films you just wanna rewatch all the time?
Mamma Mia (1 & 2)
Anything I can sing along to is a plus, I saw the 2nd movie twice in the space of a few days, I just couldn’t help it!
How To Train Your Dragon (1 & 2 and soon to be 3)
I love these films, and they remind me of a good time in my life (I also own a meowing Toothless… don’t ask, just watch the films!)
That’s all for today, I hope you have discovered a few new things to watch during your next reading slump! If you have a list, please feel free to share a link to your post in the comments, I’d love to know if you have any other recommendations for me!
Until next time…
